My Service Advisor Elijah Rogers was outstanding. He called me often to tell me the status of my SRX. When I got there he met with me to go over things. He is what service is all about. My service Tech John was also excellent. John worked on my 1st Cadillac at another dealer. His knowledge of cars is 100%. These two men know the word people skills, They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to please me and they did. The two men, Kevin and Paul detail center are just super, they go our of their way 100% to please the customer and again they did. Please make sure this group of dedicated team members is recognized for their efforts.

Even though service dept could not replicate problem all other issue were corrected, Tom Trainer told me to call if it happened again. I did, and he told me to bring it back in as soon as possible to replace the radio. I have not had time so in no way is it Tom or the service dept fault.
